At LAMEDA, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
Our return policy varies based on whether your purchase was a Full Price or Discounted item:
Full Price Items
If your full price purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Return shipping is free.
Discounted Items
Discounted items can be returned within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price. However, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please ensure that all items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
Heads-up on “Discounted” items:
Only orders checked out with a promo code count as discounted. If you paid the marked-down price shown on the product page (no code entered), we treat it as full-price for returns.

- Once your return is approved, please ensure the items are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend choosing a reliable shipping service with tracking.
- For discounted items: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For full price items: Return shipping is free, we will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, but it may take a few days to reflect on your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refund Types
1. Delivered / Shipped Orders
- After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund promptly and notify you via email. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
- For discounted items: The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges originally paid or incurred for the return.
- For full price items: You will receive a full refund including any original shipping charges.
- Please note that the right to a refund is valid for up to 15 days from the receipt of the goods.
2. Not Yet Shipped Orders
- If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it through your account. We will process the refund as soon as the request is received.
- This applies to both full price and discounted items.
Exchange Policy
No Direct Exchanges
- To obtain a different size or product, please place a new order and return the unwanted items for a refund.
- For discounted items: You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
- For full price items: We will cover the return shipping cost when exchanging for another item.
Returns for Faulty Items
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at info@lameda.cc. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full, regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or a discount.
