At LAMEDA, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, but it may take a few days to reflect on your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

Refund Types:

1. Delivered / Shipped Orders:

After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund promptly and notify you via email. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
Please note that the right to a refund is valid for up to 15 days from the receipt of the goods.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it through your account. We will process the refund as soon as the request is received.

Returns for Faulty Items:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at info@lameda.cc. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
